Diary
- Autumn 2009
Don't you just love Autumn for inspiration? It's the time for
picking, bottling and preserving to store away all the good
things for the Winter ahead.
We have been busy making sloe gin - currently
fermenting away in the airing cupboard ready for its outing
at Christmas. We also have had a dabble at making some cider
using the apples from our own trees but I have my reservations
about whether it will work or blow a hole in my utility room
ceiling!
We are very much looking forward to the
Christmas craft events ahead and are hoping to add a few new
additions to the Henny Penny Designs range. If you are out and
about doing a spot of Christmas shopping pop along and see us
- we will probably be the ones eating mince pies and glugging
mulled wine.
