Payment
We accept payment securely online via Paypal or by personal cheque using a postal order form (please note that items will be posted as soon as cheque has cleared).

Shipping
We currently only ship items to the United Kingdom. We use Royal Mail recorded delivery for UK destinations. We also provide a home delivery service for Isle of Wight residents. Please allow ten working days for your package to arrive as items are made to order.

Refunds and Exchanges
We're confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not 100% happy, we will offer a full refund on unused items (please note that postage costs will not be refunded). We would advise taking out insurance if sending items back, as goods lost in transit cannot be refunded.

Disclaimer
We cannot be held responsible for any misuse associated with a Henny Penny Designs product. As with all handmade goods - there maybe a slight variation with the exact cut of fabric that goes into each item. Rest assured that we always try and create a close replica to that shown in the photos using only the fabrics illustrated.
